Google Partners (YouTube) Video Ready Learning Design and Train the Trainers
Ran diagnostics, designed an impactful experience for CEOs of digital agencies to learn ways to operationalize their agencies to be video-ready for their clients. Created content, recorded videos, developed train-the- trainers sessions and materials, trained the trainers from across the EMEA region, and co-created a rigorous scorecard to measure progress.
Output
designed program has been ran with 30 agencies
I trained 15 coaches to run the sessions in person and virtually 3 agencies have shifted their operational models to adjust to the new reality of the internet:
being video-ready.
My Role
My role was that of Learning Design and Facilitator. Together with 2 other consultants and close colleagues of mine we explored the needs of leaders and managers to uncover this key insight: Whilst we have very defined and determined guiding principles we each interpret them differently
Design/Format
Inspired by that insight, developed a 7-week long online program split into 4 sprints. Each sprint introduced practical leadership tools to bring to life each guiding principle. Each virtual session ran on zoom for 2 hours and we covered 2 guiding principles. Participants then took tasks to complete during the following 10 days, including a learning peer group call with a coach to share and discuss learnings and challenges. By far the most successful portion of the program.
Life-long skills and mindset:
Close to 400 leaders and managers across the world of Oatly gained invaluable tools, frameworks, and skills to empower them to embody the guiding principles of the organization, with purpose and clarity. From growth mindset to brain friendly feedback based on the SCARF model, and from tools for psychological safety to team purpose, alignment, and well-being.
